Project Overview

Frogoth is a movement-focused 2D platformer. Play as a magical frog exploring a dark, gloomy city. Outsmart enemies by using movement to draw shapes to defeat them.

Responsibilities

Game and Level Design

  • Designing Gameplay mechanics around a fixed reference
  • refining Player Movement and building Levels to support it
  • organizing Playtest and implementing feedback

SFX and Production

  • searching and editing SFX
  • organizing Backlog and Sprints
  • responsable for Milestone presentations

Misc

  • Creating textures and spritesheets for VFX
  • using Godots particle system to create some VFX
  • Set Dressing Levels
